The power of pulses !!! FORECAST has joined the global celebration of World Pulses Day, on Tuesday 10th February 2026.

Amine Elleuch (University of Sfax) has highlighted the value of fenugreek (Trigonella foenum-graecum L.) whose remarkable properties contribute to healthy diets and sustainable agrifood systems. In his talk, at the International Seminar WACCAD 2026 (held at Constantine, Algeria, from 9th to 13th February 2026), Amine Elleuch has brought an impressive overview of the studies so far performed at the University of Sfax to better understand the physiology, agronomic and nutritional value of this neglected legume.
