Susana Araujo, Lead of the MORE Team (Portugal), has spent a short stage at the University of Pavia (20th-30th May, 2026) as visiting professor for the course ‘Plant Molecular Biology and Biotechnology’ (Master Degree in Molecular Biology and Genetics), hosted by Anca Macovei. In these days, Susana Araujo had a productive meeting with Daniele Dondi and Dhanalakshmi Vadivel (RadChemLab, Department of Chemistry), discussing the most suitable chemical-physical approaches to valorise OL-derived by-products. Wastes from Lupinus albus cultivation, delivered from MORE, are now being processed at the RadChemLab … upcycling discarded materials into green alternatives … a challenging task!
