The US Team has welcomed Shraddha Shridhar Gaonkar, Post-Doc working at UNIPV within the FORECAST project. She was awarded a grant, for a short-term visit (13th-17th April, 2026) to the University of Sfax by the Mediterranean Alliance for Research and Education Project (MARE founded by the National Recovery and Resilience Plan-NextGenerationEU Fund). Shraddha had a great time in Sfax, she gave seminars for Master and PhD students on the topics of seed quality issues, with focus on agroforestry, recalcitrant seeds and omics tools. She joined the US Team in the experimental activities performed in greenhouse to set the experiments with trigonella.
